Tighten it as much as possible.
It would be okay for a friend with a larger chest circumference to wear it too.
It would look even prettier if the sleeve ruffles were made a bit longer or trimmed down.
The quality of the harness and leash is quite good.
It's a brighter color, but it appears a bit darker due to the lighting, so please keep that in mind.
